What we process
Your email address, the details you entered for the audit, and payment details. Card data is handled by the payment provider and never reaches us.
Why
To run the audit, deliver the report, take payment and issue a receipt, and answer you. With separate consent, to send tips and audit offers.
Who receives it
Only providers the service cannot work without: AI models receive the category and audience, the extraction service receives the public website address, the email service receives your delivery address, the payment service receives payment details.
How long
Audit data and private links: 90 days. The fact of payment and delivery, without report contents: up to 400 days, which is what a card dispute needs. The consent record itself: up to 400 days.
Withdrawing
Write to support. We erase what we are not required by law to keep. Withdrawal does not undo processing already carried out.
