When we refund
We refund duplicate payments, orders that never start, or technical failures that prevent delivery of a usable report and cannot be corrected.
When we do not normally refund
A low visibility score, a model’s opinion, or failed answers transparently excluded from an otherwise usable report do not by themselves qualify.
How to request
Contact us within seven days with your order ID. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
