When we refund
The full price, when a report is not delivered, or arrives with a technical fault we cannot correct, and for duplicate payments. Before the audit starts you may always cancel for a full refund. After it starts we keep the provider costs already incurred.
What is not a reason
The content of the report: a low visibility score, a model’s opinion, or answers transparently excluded from the result.
How to request
Contact us within seven days with your order ID. Refunds return by the original payment method. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
